Project requests are handled through Facebook Messenger. Open the page, click Message, and start a new conversation.

Explain the idea
Tell us what you need made
A short description is enough to start. Mention what the item is, where it will be used, and what it needs to do.
Example message I need a replacement bracket for a shelf. It needs to hold light weight, fit in this corner, and be black if possible. -

Add references
Send photos, measurements, links, or files
These details help us quote accurately and avoid guessing. Include anything that shows shape, size, fit, or finish.
Photos or sketches Reference images, broken parts, rough drawings, or screenshots.Measurements Width, height, depth, hole sizes, or areas that must fit.Files or links STL, STEP, 3MF, model links, or existing design references. -

Set expectations
Include preferences and timing
If you have preferences, include them in the first message so we can recommend the right material, color, strength, and print approach.

Before submitting files
Confirm you have permission to use the design
If you send a file or third-party model link, make sure the design allows reproduction or commercial production.
Customer-provided designs Intellectual Property & Customer-Provided Designs
Material Matrix respects the intellectual property rights of designers, artists, and content creators. We do not claim ownership over any files, designs, or digital content submitted by customers.
Customers may request 3D printing services using files or links they provide, including publicly accessible models from third-party platforms. By submitting any file or design reference, the customer represents and warrants that they either own the rights to the design or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses required to reproduce, modify (if applicable), and commercially produce the model.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any submitted design complies with applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and licensing terms, including but not limited to "non-commercial" or "personal use only" restrictions set by the original creator or hosting platform.
Material Matrix does not knowingly reproduce or manufacture any design in violation of applicable intellectual property laws or license agreements and reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at its sole discretion if a design appears to infringe upon third-party rights or violate usage restrictions.
By submitting a file or design request, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Material Matrix from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the use or reproduction of the submitted design.
Material Matrix provides manufacturing services only. All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners, and no transfer of ownership or licensing of submitted designs is implied or granted.
